OUR ORIGIN STORY
Our founder, Daniela Mintenko, first started crafting her own chocolate for use in her ice cream business, Dandy's Ice Cream.
MEET DANIELA MINTENKO
Daniela, the creative force behind LUXE Artisan Chocolates, has always had a love for pastries and the culinary arts. She completed Pastry and Culinary School to deepen her understanding of food preparation and creation. With a desire to innovate in an industry she found boring, Daniela turned her focus to her true passion - chocolate.
Growing up in Columbia, Daniela never had an appreciation for general chocolate as it lacked flavor and depth. Disliking the plain chocolate found in grocery stores, she set out to create something extraordinary. Chocolate became her canvas, allowing her to express her creativity and passion for delicacies.
Daniela's mission was to highlight flavors and use chocolate to bring out their depth, creating a genuine connection between people and the taste experience. Her pride in her work shines through in each handcrafted piece of LUXE Artisan Chocolate.
